Richard Harbutt who, with over 30 years in the Structural Packaging Industry, both client-side and agency-side, has great innovative and creative technical flair together with a wide ranging understanding of marketing and consumer requirements. With 20 years in consultancy as MD of Fruition, Technical Director with Impackt and Innovators in Packaging, following many years of packaging and management with Schweppes International with Pira, Richard has many achievements in delivering exciting new consumer led structural packaging and product delivery devices to market. This is combined with an extensive knowledge of suppliers, materials, manufacturing processes and products across a wide range of categories, markets and distribution channels.


Richard is partnered by Peter Addington , who brings a wealth of technical expertise to the team, having been involved in packaging for nearly 40 years. The first 20 were spent in packaging roles with branded goods companies, building a firm foundation for the next 20 which saw Peter running his own successful packaging consultancy where he executed major change and capital investment projects with a range of clients in the food and drink, health and beauty, and durable goods markets. Peter’ detailed knowledge of the packaging industry and creative work on cost release within packaging operations blends brilliantly with Richard’s innovative flair to yield a valuble blend of design savvy and technical experience.
